SHIPPING & CUSTOMS
Where are you shipping from?
We ship from our warehouse located in Industrieweg 10, 5145 PM Waalwijk, Netherlands. This helps us ensure timely and efficient delivery throughout the Netherlands.
How long will it take to deliver my parcel(s)?
Delivery times within the Netherlands typically range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.
My parcel hasn't arrived yet!
If your parcel hasn't arrived within the expected delivery time, please allow a few extra days as delays can occasionally occur. If you haven't received your parcel 30 days after placing your order, please contact us at mikeprostore@gmail.com. Our customer service team will assist you in tracking the status of your order.
My tracking number is not working.
If you selected a tracked shipping option, please allow a few working days for the tracking information to update. If you chose standard shipping, it may not include tracking. For any issues, contact us at mikeprostore@gmail.com.
How can I check the status of my order?
You will receive email notifications with updates about your order status. If you opted for a tracked shipping method, you can track your parcel using the tracking number provided via email.
I have received a delivery confirmation, but I don't have the parcel.
Please check with your neighbors or others in your household who might have received the parcel on your behalf. If you still can't locate it, contact your local post office or courier service. If the issue persists, email us at mikeprostore@gmail.com.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the Netherlands. If you need assistance with shipping options or have any questions, please contact us.
I messed up my shipping address, what should I do?
If you realize there's an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at mikeprostore@gmail.com. Provide your order number, full name, and correct address. We'll update the details if the parcel has not yet been shipped. Once the parcel is dispatched, changes cannot be made.
Can I use a PO Box or APO/FPO military address?
Currently, we are unable to ship orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses.
Can I be charged with import duties?
Since we only ship within the Netherlands, import duties and taxes are not applicable. If you have any concerns about shipping, please contact us.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
I have changed my mind, can I cancel the order?
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. If the parcel has already been shipped, you will need to wait until it arrives and then return it to us for a refund.
I don’t like my item, can I return it?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it. For more information, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
My item arrived damaged/incorrect. Can I return it?
If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, you can request an exchange or refund. Email us at mikeprostore@gmail.com to arrange for a replacement or a full refund. You may be asked to provide a photo or video of the defective product as proof.
How long does it take to get a refund?
Refunds generally take up to 14 working days to process, depending on the payment method used.
